Food to excite, cool and inspire! Summer is always an exciting time of year, guests tend to be particularly giddy in the warm weather and a wedding is such a happy occasion. We have whipped up an equally exciting summer wedding menu to ensure your guests get all the delicious food they need alongside plenty of bubbles in the sun!

Cucumber cups with Pimms, lemonade and strawberry pearls, mint syrup

Goats curd cheesecake & gooseberry compote

Seared tuna rolled in black and white sesame seeds with soy caviar

Baby waffle cones & elderflower sorbet

 

The Wedding Breakfast

Poached asparagus, new potato and chive salad, truffle mayo and soft boiled free range hens egg

Roast sea trout, parmesan  and herb risotto cake, wilted spinach, warm chorizo and heritage tomato salad, rocket pesto dressing

“Peaches and Cream”

Shot of peach schnapps jelly with dehydrated raspberries and popping candy. Roast peach on brioche with syrup to finish. Vanilla ice cream on crumb, peach coulis and fresh passion fruit

This summer wedding menu is the perfect mix of incorporating traditional flavours such as the pimms, and the peaches and cream, and serving them in a more refined and inspiring way. Food should certainly be a talking point at your wedding and whether it be breaking the ice during the canapé reception, or the joy people share eating dipping grissini in cheese together after a night on the dancefloor, our food is perfect for the occasion.
