Rustic & Relaxed Autumn Wedding Menus

Autumn is the perfect time of year to incorporate the style of the changing season into your wedding menu. At Fulham Palace we are surrounded by 13 acres of botanical gardens and rolling lawns, all of which are home to some of the oldest trees in the country.

Inspired by the nature around us and products such as the Fulham Palace Bee’s Honey, we have created the perfect Autumn wedding  menu that incorporates all the best elements of autumn flavours…



Confit duck croquette, raspberry and balsamic jam, red amaranth

Roast venison, caramelised fig, blue cheese crostini

Scallop ceviche, pickled ginger, pomegranate and micro sorrel

Quails egg royale on brioche toast


The Wedding Breakfast


Blackberry, gin and juniper cured salmon, pickled shallots and blackberries, caramelised cobnuts


Duck breast with honey and black pepper glaze, sarladaise potato, garlic, spinach, salsify and a rich jus


Sticky toffee pudding topped with caramelised pear, pear puree, candied walnuts and pear sorbet


Late night snacks…

Need not be the “bacon butty” – although it does tick a lot of boxes with an equal mix of soft bread, salty bacon and crispy fat to fuel an evening on the dancefloor
